This 7 book series, by Samantha Shannon, takes place in an alternate London in 2059, where clairvoyance is outlawed. But our main character Paige Mahoney is exactly that. Part of the “criminal underworld of Scion London”, she works for Jaxon Hall and gathers information for him. Then one day she gets kidnapped and taken to Oxford where an other-wordly race known as Rephiates, are in charge. There Warden, a Rephiate, becomes her master and she is forced to stay in Oxford. However, while fighting for freedom, she learns more about her power and the Rephiates.
This series is definitely one of my favorites <3. The plot is very unique to me and overall it is an engaging story.

I really love the unique titles for this series ❤ , but I am pretty bummed that the book doesn’t come out until next November 😥 Considering book 2 came out earlier in January.
However, I am glad Samantha released the title for book 3! It will give us readers, something to look forward to until more news is released.

I love this series! It’s one of my favourites too 🙂 I recently just read and reviewed The Mime Order (a spoiler free review, of course) and now this news has been released I’m so excited for the 3rd book!! I love the name of it. Can’t believe how long the wait is though! At least it’ll be worth it 😀
